Orchid tree

Birky contains coconut fiber granulate, clay granulate, compostable planting pot and a plant seed packet.

• Carefully peel off the sticker.
• Open the seed packet and put seeds in a glass with luke warm water. After 24 hours remove seeds from water and plant the seeds about 1 cm below the surface of the granules in the Birky. Slowly pour approx. 30 ml of water into the Birky.
• Place in a bright, very warm place (temperature above 20°C) and water moderately until germination (approx. 20 ml about every 3 days). The granules should not dry out – avoid waterlogging! Cover the planted seeds with a glass.
• Remove glass daily for 1 hour to give plant air. The orchid tree will begin to grow after about 2-4 weeks. Continue watering the plants moderately.
• It will take at least 4-6 years of growth for the plant to start blooming.
• If the plants get too big, simply transplant them with the compostable pot into a flower pot with some soil. The Birky can then be used as a pen holder, for example!
